Mawsley Village is located in the countryside and as such there are varying ways you can reach us. From Northampton, it is easiest to get on to the A43 and turn left at the last roundabout before you get to the A14.
Mawsley village is 1.5 miles or so on the right. From Kettering, you would do the opposite and get on to the A43 but turn right at the first roundabout.
If you are coming from the west of the county, you may find it easier to approach via the A508 (Northampton to Market Harborough Road), then follow the Rothwell Road from Lamport, for a few miles, before turning right, on to the road to Mawsley Village. In this case you would eventually turn left into Mawsley village via the second possible entrance.
Once in the village, this is where the fun starts as it is very bendy! There is a looped road that connects the two main entrances. At the top and bottom of this road, there are roads that then guide you deeper in to the village. They will both eventually take you to Mawsley village Surgery/Dentist, Pharmacy, which is where we are also based. You can park in the common car park.
About Our Clinic
Mawsley Clinic is our newest home, being based in the picturesque Northamptonshire village of Mawsley, just North of Kettering town. A move from our previous clinic in Moulton was rather forced on us, following the sale of the Chris Moody Centre, to Daventry District Council, for repurposing into a public leisure centre.
Although this will be excellent for the surrounding population, we felt that following extensive talks, and looking into other sites that have previously undergone this transformation, that the location would no longer represent our clinical core values and as such we looked elsewhere.
The repurposing of the Centre has meant it has also been shut down extensively through COVID however we do still hope to be able to use the hydro pools, as we did before once it has reopened.
Over the next 12 months, as we settle into our new home, we will be expanding our space and adding in some exciting new opportunities for patients and clinicians. As these occur, we will send out news via our socials media channels so if you do already follow us – why not start now.
